This is a session that I started as a second year RA and have built upon since.  Since that time, I have placed most of the emphasis on electronic and social media advertising, due to changing trends.

This video requires a bit of explanation.  After the welcome and introductions on the first day of training, everyone was given a five minute break.  When everyone got back together, the HDs were missing.  The assistant director started calling them, and that is where the video beings.  The RAs saw this, and at the end, I came in soaking wet, giving the idea that the video was live.
