On-campus at UAFS

  • ​9:00 to 11:00 p.m. - Philanthropy Prep - RAWC Upper Balcony

    • Bring your philanthropy offerings and help prepare backpacks for our Meals for Kids conference philanthropy project.  This philanthropy prep is right in the middle of all of the other entertainment options Friday night, so you can easily move from one activity to another or participate while you're helping prepare our Meals for Kids bags.  More information about Meals for Kids can be found HERE.
       

  • 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. - The Little Mermaid Sing-A-Long - RAWC Gym Floor

    • The seminal Disney classic will be shown; however, for this showing, you're encouraged to sign and dance your heart out during the show-stopping and much beloved Disney songs.  Let's hear your best "Kiss the Girl"!  Show us that you're "A Part of That World"!  We'll see you "Under the Sea" in our "Fathoms Below"!​
       

  • 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. - RA Coffee House - RAWC Studio Room A

    • Are you a singer?  A slam poet?  A dancer?  A stand-up comedian?  Ever been to a coffee house open mic?  Well here's your chance to show off your skills to all of your fellow RA friends.  Bring your guitars.  Bring your drums.  Bring your friends!  We'll have a coffee, tea, and cider bar for your enjoyment.  They'll be card games scattered around for you to enjoy while you listen or watch the awesome talents of your RA peers!​
       

  • 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. - Game Room - RAWC Studio Room B

    • We'll have the side studio room set up with Ping Pong and other games to enjoy at your leisure!  This is for you competitive peeps!​

Saturday, October 29

At Doubletree Hotel (same location as closing banquet)

  • 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - RA RAVE - Grand Ballroom

    • Get your cruise outfits ready and bring your boogie moves! The RA Rave is a great time to show off your best moves and have a blast before you head back to your institutions and back to the world of duty on Saturday nights! There will be glowsticks! There will be leis! There will be fun!  Since we’re so close to Halloween, feel free to bring your Halloween costume! Get jazzy with it! The dance is an ongoing event, so feel free to stop by any of the other options happening during this time and then come back for some more dancing!​
       

  • 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. - Swap 'N' Shop - Hallway outside Grand Ballroom

    • Bring your school stuff and swap for other school’s stuff!  This is a really great time to mingle with all your Conference friends and trade for some pretty cool stuff!​
       

  • 10:00 to 11:00 p.m - Trivia Night - Judge Parker Room​

    • Know a lot of stuff?  Want to win gift cards? We’ll this is your time! Grab your team and come by for our trivia night!​
       

  • 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - Board Game Room - Belle Star Room

    • Need a break from dancing and the crowds?  Need a quiet place to chat? Love board games? This is your jam then!  We’ll have board games of all varieties here for you and your friends to play and enjoy! Stop by or stay all night! Create your own adventure!​
