Each institution should create a digital banner that showcases the institution and conference theme.

All banners should be emailed to cbeaver@astate.edu in .jpeg or .png format by November 4 at 8:00 a.m.  The dimensions must be Instagram size (14.4" x 14.4" or 1080px x 1080px).  Do not put text on the banner.

Awards will include "Best Incorporation of Theme," "Most Creative," "Most School Spirit," and "Best Overall".

Judges will be scoring based on creativity, appearance, and incorporation of the conference theme.

Clothespins

Traditionally, each institution decorates clothespins.  Samples may be found on Google.  We encourage each delegation to bring decorated clothespins to trade with others!
